Day 1

Alright so i was surfing the net the other day and i came across the 100 push up challenge. I thought that it was a pretty cool idea but i wanted to take it one step further. So i decided to try the 100 Burpee challenge. If you don't know what a burpee is you can check out the video at the top right. The way this works is that I'm going to do one burpee today, two tommorow, ect. Until I get all the way up to 100 burpees in a row. If I cant do the set amount on that day. I'll just try the next day again until i can. ie if its day fifty and i only manage to do 48, the next day will still be day 50.
